Genetic Engineering
Genes contain 2 regions: regulatory (regulates how much protein is produced) and coding (determines what is going to be expressed). The transcription begins from a RNA polymerase sequence at the promoter region. Genes can be directly manipulated using biotechnology. This is called genetic engineering. Genetic engineering can help health care in the future by helping us correct disorders and behaviors.
